General information
All personal information is kept confidential and not shared with anyone (unless I have a legal obligation to do so). Records are either stored securely as paper documents or stored on a password protected laptop. Records are not kept any longer than necessary and will be destroyed securely.
Mailing List
Names, email addresses and information about events attended are retained to help me provide appropriate services and information. Email addresses are used to mail out information about forthcoming events and newsletters (normally no more than once a month). People can unsubscribe from MailChimp Newsletter through the link or they can request to be removed by emailing me (Rebecca.norton80@gmail.com). I will check every 12 months whether a person wishes to remain on the mailing list.
Well-being Walks
Email addresses are held for those people who wish to be on my Well-being Walk’s List. I will use this to email out information about forthcoming Well-being Walks (normally 2 -3 times a month). Emails may come from my personal email address or through MailChimp. You can request to have your name removed from the Well-being Walk List at any time.
Contact forms for Walking Events
Personal information is requested in case of emergency situations on any of my Walking events or to get in touch in case of changes to Walks at the last minute. These forms will be destroyed 6 months after the last walk attended. If participants wish to join walks again after this period of time they will be asked to complete another contact form.
Coaching sessions
Information is requested to fulfill my insurance obligations, so that I can get in touch in case of changes to sessions or in case of emergencies. I may also take notes during sessions to aid the coaching process. These notes will be destroyed 5 years after the coaching relationship has ended
