Small positive actions done consistently for a period of time all add up.
It’s easier to tackle something small than face a mountain.
When we have a big task ahead of us it can feel somewhat impossible to achieve, or at the very least, daunting.
This thought or feeling alone can be enough to make us procrastinate. It may even prevent us from starting in the first place.
However, if we don’t start, we’ll never finish.
