Dawn Chorus Walk

Getting up at the crack of dawn might not appeal to everyone but seeing the day creep in as the sun rises and hearing the birds awakening is a joy not to be missed. There is a certain peace and calmness to be experienced when we get up before the rest of the world stirs. The added bonus is you still have the rest of the day ahead of you to enjoy.

Join me on this year’s Dawn Chorus Day for a calm and mindful start to your day
